COACHING PHILOSOPHY
"We strive to push players out of their "Comfort Zone". Instill a sense of confidence in challenging scenarios."
- We expose the players to a faster, more competitive game against talented and driven opponents.
- Geared towards proper mechanics, but also creativity in gameplay
- In practice and training we focus on max rep drills, skill/technique breakdowns, and decision making opportunities in game play scenarios.
- Our players are not role players, they are leaders.
- In a game setting this translates to a more confident, skilled, responsible player.
- Positive motivation with development = Fun

OVERVIEW-
Simply put...."Intensive position specific training!" The focus on isolating the individual athlete to build positional/Individual skill set. Utilizing maximum repetition and a progressive training method, athletes train in a fun fast paced environment. Our coaches teach the "Why" in each function of play. When all aspects come together, you receive an outcome and experience unlike any other!
Thanks to social media, lacrosse training videos have become popular on the scene. We have been utilizing a "Mechanical Progressive Training Method" to develop and train lacrosse players for years! Its great to see similar methods catch on. Our staff continues with hunger to evolve this fun training style and use proven concepts that simply work! Get after it!!
Boys/Girls offense will focus on stickwork, shooting, and dodging. Creating a stronger, quicker, and more accurate shooter. Dodging concepts will focus on mechanical progression through the dodge to improve the dynamics on how to create separation.
Defense will focus on proper footwork fundamentals, identifying and creating defensive efficiencies, positioning and building proper stick habits.
Goalies will focus on mechanics through repetition to build speed and efficient body movements. Lacrosse IQ as part of the practice plan, and counter movements will be the backbone of each training session.
Geared towards helping the individual find their lacrosse identity. Helping athletes ultimate strengths and improve on weaknesses.
Registration covers field rental, equipment and instruction. Athletes are responsible for bring and wearing all certified protective equipment to be worn at all times.
