TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Our number one goal with LTC Strength is to provide a welcoming, educational and challenging environment for our athletes to progress towards their individual fitness goals! All experience levels are welcome. Just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to work!

Often, high school athletes are not instructed on how to effectively train for athletic performance. Our LTC Strength program is perfect for beginners or experienced lifters looking to improve their performance on the lacrosse field. With a focus on education, speed development, functional strength, mobility, flexibility, and nutrition, any athlete will benefit from our LTC Strength program!

Our LTC Strength program follows a progressive template, with 3 training sessions per week. Athletes will first create a foundation of strength to build upon. As the weeks go by, training will progress, and introduce different training techniques. Progress for each athlete will be tracked along the way!

Each session will have no more than 15 athletes present. This allows our strength coaches to properly maintain social distancing, instruct each athlete, as well as create a competitive, fun, and supportive environment! First come, first serve!

 

All Sessions will be held at the Loons Training Center 1633 Terrace, Roseville MN 55113

  • Every session is personally instructed by a coach

  • Sessions are capped at 10 athletes per session
